이음오피스는 사용자의 PC에서 문서를 열고 고치고 저장하는 데스크톱 프로그램입니다. 프로젝트가 운영하는 서버가 없어서, 앱이 이음오피스나 만든 사람에게 보내는 것은 아무것도 없습니다. 사용 통계와 원격 측정도 없습니다.

PC 밖으로 나가는 것

자료가 PC 밖으로 나가는 경우는 아래뿐이고, 그때도 사용자의 PC에서 아래 서비스로 직접 갑니다. 각 서비스가 받은 자료를 어떻게 다루는지는 그 서비스의 약관과 그곳에 설정한 계정 상태를 따릅니다.

그 밖의 전송 경로(OpenRouter 연결, Gemini 키 확인, PDF AI 읽기·번역, 이미지 생성, 그림·영상 분석, 마크다운 이미지 업로드, 만들기 창, 에이전트 모드 등)는 PRIVACY.md의 표에 전부 적혀 있습니다.

Google 드라이브

Google 드라이브 연결은 선택 사항이며, 설정 → 연동에서 Google 드라이브 연결을 눌렀을 때만 시작됩니다. 로그인은 Google의 화면에서 합니다. 이음오피스는 앱 안에 Google 로그인 양식을 만들지 않고, Google 비밀번호를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

이음오피스는 드라이브 전체 접근 권한(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) 하나를 요청합니다. 그 권한은 파일 목록과 검색, 파일 열기, 열어서 고친 문서를 드라이브에 제자리 저장, 그리고 사용자가 켜 둔 경우 AI가 드라이브에서 파일을 찾아 읽기에 쓰입니다. 파일 목록과 내용은 사용자의 PC와 Google 사이를 직접 오가며, 프로젝트의 어떤 서버도 거치지 않습니다.

AI가 읽은 드라이브 파일의 내용은 그 대화의 AI 제공자에게 전달됩니다(위 AI 대화와 같음). 드라이브 내용을 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않고, 팔지 않고, 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. AI가 드라이브 파일을 고치거나 지우거나 옮기거나 공유하는 일은 없습니다.

IeumOffice의 Google API에서 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy(Limited Use 요구사항 포함)를 따릅니다.

연결을 끊으면(연결 끊기) 앱이 저장한 로그인 토큰을 지우고 Google에 토큰 폐기를 요청합니다. Google 계정의 보안 설정 → 서드 파티 앱에서도 언제든지 접근을 지울 수 있습니다.

IeumOffice Privacy Policy

IeumOffice opens, edits and saves documents on your own PC. The project runs no server of its own: nothing is sent to IeumOffice or to its maintainers, and the app has no usage analytics or telemetry. Data leaves your PC only in the situations listed in PRIVACY.md, and each time it goes directly from your PC to the service named there.

AI requests

When you use AI, what you typed, the document content the request works on, the files and images you attached, and the conversation are sent to the AI provider you use: Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (Codex) under your own subscription, an API-key provider you configured, or a free connection (OpenRouter or Google Gemini). Each request goes under your own account directly from this PC.

Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive is optional and starts only when you press Connect Google Drive. Sign-in happens on Google's own page; the app has no Google sign-in form of its own and never receives or stores your Google password. The app requests the single scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, which is used to list and search your files, open them, save your changes back in place, and — when you keep the AI switch on — let the AI in an editor find and read Drive files to answer your request. File lists and contents pass directly between this PC and Google; they do not pass through any server of the project.

Content the AI reads from Drive is sent to the AI provider in use, as everything else you send to the AI is. The app does not use Drive content to train AI models, does not sell it, and does not use it for advertising. The AI cannot change, delete, move or share Drive files.

IeumOffice's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnect deletes the stored sign-in token and asks Google to revoke it. You can also remove the app's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.

PRIVACY.md's "What stays on your PC" section lists everything that is kept locally, where, and when it is deleted.
